At Sanctuary Hospice, we look for Volunteers who share our belief that true hospice care extends beyond medical needs—it’s about bringing dignity, peace, and human connection to every life we touch.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Join as an Administrative / Organizational Volunteer!</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Support our care team behind the scenes by helping in our offices (light data entry, assembling packets, sending cards to family members), organizing special memories for patients, sewing memory bears or blankets, and more. <em>Your support can make a big impact!</em></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Become a Patient Care Volunteer!</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong> </strong>Visit patients to offer companionship and give caregivers a break. Activities include reading, hobbies, playing games, and listening. <em>Make a difference in someone's day!</em></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Bring happiness as a Pet Therapy Volunteer! </strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Share the love of your Certified Therapy Pet with patients.  No hospice experience is needed, just a certified and vaccinated pet. <em>Your visits can bring immense joy and emotional support.</em></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Share Your Talent as a Musician Volunteer! </strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Use your musical gifts to brighten patients' days and provide comfort to our healthcare staff. <em>Your music can be a source of peace and joy.</em></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Serve as a Veteran Volunteer!</strong> \n  <ul>\n   <li>Connect with fellow veterans, provide companionship, and participate in meaningful ceremonies. <em>Your unique insights can help support and honor our veteran patients.</em></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A heart for serving others and an appreciation for the hospice mission.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates compassion, empathy, and deep respect for individuals and their unique journeys.</li>\n <li>Welcomes and values people of all backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs.</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass background check requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Min</h2>USD $0.00/Hr.\n<h2>Max</h2>USD $0.00/Hr.",
