Position:   Gro wth Product Manager We're  seeking a Growth Product Manager to join our product team, focusing on driving user engagement and cross-product adoption while  facilitating  seamless integration between  Dunsguide  and other CIAL Dun & Bradstreet products.  You'll  join our cross-functional team, working closely with developers, designers, and fellow product managers in operations and marketing. Responsibilities Own and drive key engagement and conversion metrics while  maintaining  a deep understanding of our users' needs and pain points Build and analyze conversion funnels throughout the customer journey, from  initial  platform engagement to premium features adoption Lead the strategic connection between  Dunsguide  and CIAL360 (decisioning platform), creating seamless workflows from customer and supplier discovery to risk assessment Work with data and business service layer teams to define and implement necessary API integrations and data sharing protocols Partner with product marketing to develop and execute strategies for upselling and cross-selling within the CIAL DNB ecosystem Drive product decisions through a combination of data analysis, user research, and market understanding Lead cross-functional teams,  facilitate  communication between stakeholders, and present strategies and results to senior management Contribute to product roadmap planning, ensuring alignment between growth initiatives and broader company objectives Mentor team members and promote best practices in product development Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focusing on growth initiatives Strong analytical skills with  proficiency  in data analysis tools (ex.
