Resolve issues within units through interpretation and enforcement of contract and related legislation. %0A Conduct workplace investigations, and where appropriate and/or authorized, recommend or issue appropriate discipline. %0A Answer and problem solve employees’ queries about HR-related issues, post any communication policy changes on HR communication board %0A Manage the overtime equalization process with supervisors and hourly employees %0A Will own the salary onboarding, recruitment, training records, Textron University %0A Will own the benefit administration for salary employees including benefit providers, retirement, tribute and others for salary employees %0A Will manage the short term disability Non occupational related injuries for all employees, return to work, follow up %0A Support audits (HR and IATF) by ensuring relevant information is updated and meets requirements %0A Support the revision of site-specific company policies by providing input and gathering input from business leaders %0A Liaise with partners, such as other HR team members, legal, vendors, site department leadership, etc. %0A Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. KPI, attrition, absenteeism, diversity) %0A Participate in HR projects and initiatives such as Wellness, recognition events, engagement etc %0A Collaboration in project-orientated tasks %0A Improve HR processes and efficiencies %0A Kautex is a global company with over 30 plants in 13 countries.
