To include but not limited to developing instructional documents for technical subjects, Write start-up guides, product documentation, Product Requirements Documents, Marketing Requirements Documents and other technical collateral. </p><p><br /></p><p>In this role, you will leverage pre-existing documentation where available and work directly with product teams to gather any additional required information to create robust and scalable documentation for customers to perform pilot projects for these features in a self-sufficient manner. </p><p><br /></p><p>Assist in the process of gathering feedback from customers by creating online surveys for IT administrators and end users to complete. Once customers have conducted pilot projects and completed surveys, compile results and create reports that communicate the results in a meaningful way that provides value back into product teams and senior management. Assist in translating technical information into customer-centric communications (for example, PowerPoint presentations) as needed. </p><p><br /></p>",
