    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><strong>Your Role</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">As a <strong>Site</strong> <strong>Engineer</strong>&nbsp;<strong>(f/m/d) in Sossenheim</strong>, you will&nbsp;provide engineering support for <strong>monitoring</strong>, <strong>planned servicing</strong> and corrective <strong>maintenance</strong> on a range of critical data center infrastructure and associated equipment. You will manage routine plant <strong>inspections</strong>, act as a <strong>first-line response</strong> and ensure that all work is done in line with relevant regulations and our own processes and procedures. Conduct vendor management and act to maximize uptime/SLA (Service Level Agreement) and improve PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Within this function, you are acting with external and internal stakeholders such as Service Planning, Security, 3rd party suppliers and our customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Experienced in electrotechnical field, ideally authorized to manage electrical switch operations</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years practical experience in an electro technical environment</li><li>Fluent in German and English</li><li>Following technical skills are highly preferred:</li><li>Operation and maintenance of large scale electrotechnical systems</li><li>Operation and maintenance of mechanical systems</li><li>Maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems</li><li>Maintenance of conveyor technique (elevators)</li><li>Following soft skills are relevant for the role:</li><li>Self-management, ability to manage multiple tasks, pro-active</li><li>Stress resilience, ability to prioritize</li><li>Ability to evaluate risk and solve complex solutions</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><strong>A bit about us</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Digital Realty brings companies and data together by delivering the full spectrum of data center, colocation and interconnection solutions.
