These roles offer the opportunity to work within a dynamic and professional environment in one of Malta’s leading hospitality groups.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out repairs and preventative maintenance across guest rooms and hotel facilities</li>\n<li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and technical issues</li>\n<li>Ensure all equipment and systems are in good working order</li>\n<li>Support the Maintenance Manager in coordinating daily operations (for Assistant Maintenance Manager role)</li>\n<li>Supervise and guide maintenance staff where required</li>\n<li>Monitor maintenance supplies, tools, and inventory</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards</li>\n<li>Maintain high cleanliness and organisational standards within work areas<br><em>(Responsibilities may vary depending on the specific role.)</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em></em></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a maintenance, technical, or facilities role (hotel experience is an asset)</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and technical skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n<li>Good communication and organisational skills</li>\n<li>Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required</li>\n<li>Hands-on, reliable, and proactive approach to work</li>\n</ul>",
