    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\">We are seeking experienced, dependable, and precise Die Setters. &nbsp;In this role, you will have the ability to read blueprint layouts. &nbsp;Set up press machines that range in size and understand the appropriate tooling and dies to for each job. &nbsp;You will also conduct quality assurance tests using precision measuring tools. &nbsp;The desired candidate will have a working knowledge of micrometers &amp; calipers. &nbsp;The machines are Yoshizuka and Cincinatti Presses. &nbsp;Prior knowledge of quality systems and press equipment is beneficial however we welcome anyone that has a mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform repairs and other &ldquo;DIY&rdquo; projects. &nbsp;Full training will be given to successful applicants.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Education and Qualifications:</p><p>1.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Completion of high school or GED</p><p>2.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Previous experience as a die setter and/or working with press machines and/or injection molding preferably in powdered metal.</p><p>3.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot issues.</p><p>4.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn.</p><p>5.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience driving a forklift truck.</p><p>6. &nbsp;Must be willing to work overtime as required.</p><p><br></p><p>Working Environment and Conditions</p><p>1.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>This position requires working in a manufacturing environment.</p><p>2.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>This position requires standing, walking and reach with hands and arms for the entire shift.</p><p>3.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.&nbsp;</p><p>4.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime is required.</p><p>5.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>The employee must be willing to work up to 10-hour shifts and weekends as required.</p><p><br></p><p>Benefits include vacation, paid holidays, paid medical and dental insurance, vision, 401K and more!</p><p><br></p></div>\n",
