This role is responsible for managing and optimizing our existing data pipelines while helping scale and mature our data architecture to support growing business needs.</p>\n<p><br>Xtrm is growing rapidly, and we are investing in a modern data ecosystem to support strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, highly capable, and excited by the opportunity to work with modern cloud tools while shaping the future of our data environment.</p>\n<p><br>E<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:</span><br>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.<br>• Take ownership of existing ETL/ELT data pipelines using Python and SQL, ensuring reliability and scalability.<br>• Run, manage, and schedule data workflows in cloud platforms such as Databricks and Azure Data Factory (ADF).<br>• Develop Python scripts to extract, clean, and process data from various APIs using libraries such as pandas and requests.<br>• Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries to support data modeling and reporting needs.<br>• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track key business metrics.<br>• Perform ad-hoc analysis using Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and advanced data manipulation.<br>• Collaborate directly with US-based leadership and operations teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.<br>• Translate complex data into clear, meaningful visualizations that support business decision-making.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</span><br>• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or Python Developer working heavily with data.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.<br>• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to write scripts and perform complex database queries.<br>• Experience building dashboards in Power BI and strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.<br>• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with US-based teams.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data critically and validate results.<br>• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while taking ownership of responsibilities.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BONUS POINTS </span>(Nice to Have, but not required):<br>• Experience with Databricks, PySpark, or Azure Data Factory.<br>• Experience working remotely with US or international teams.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF WORKING AT XTRM?</span><br>• Work in your PJs - We are 100% remote.<br>• Make an impact - Your scope of work will be diverse compared to organizations with over 1,000 employees.<br>• Work directly with our leadership team.
