Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.&nbsp;</li><li>Estimating and proposal management skills, experienced with pricing, costing, and quoting, proficient computer skills&nbsp;specifically with estimating and job cost tracking software.</li><li>Prepare bill of materials and work with sales department to secure vendor pricing.</li><li>Computes costs and manually enter figures into SalesForce bid proposal software.&nbsp;</li><li>Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.</li><li>Formulate customer job quotes, expedite customer orders, receive, and submit orders via telephone, email, and quoting software. Prepare submittals for customers in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Elevate professional growth and development through continued education through programs in alignment with the industry.</li><li>Attend vendor sponsored product and technical training classes when appropriate and approved by the Segment Business&nbsp;</li></ol><p><s>&nbsp;</s></p><p><strong><u>Skills/ Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Strong organizational and communication skills must be capable of multitasking and have the ability to prioritize.&nbsp;Applicants must be able to handle multiple projects at one time, manage tight deadlines, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
