The Depositing Operator will also work closely and provide backup as needed to the Team Leader in order to ensure the depositing line produces a consistent product in a timely manner that meets all standards. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this position you will work in a team environment led by a Team Leader. You will support your Team Leader by demonstrating and practicing teamwork every day and respect all your fellow Team Members.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What FGF Offers</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>FGF believes in Home Grown Talent, accelerated career growth with leadership training, unleashing your potential. </li>\n <li>Competitive Compensation, Health & Welfare Benefits including Vision & Dental and flexible options at competitive premiums. </li>\n <li>401k matching program</li>\n <li>Discount program - Restaurants, gyms, shopping, etc.</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operates divider machine and any other applicable equipment to ensure dough is divided in a consistent manner in accordance with FGF Brands requirements</li>\n <li>Records applicable data (i.e. weight, temperature and other parameter required by FGF Brands) on supplied work sheets</li>\n <li>Weighs product regularly to ensure the machine is dividing the correct amount and adjusts machine as needed</li>\n <li>Uses industrial sized spatula to ensure all the product batter is scraped into the machine.</li>\n <li>May need to provide break relief to team members in depositing area which includes heavy duty tasks such as pan loading/racking, rack moving, oven loading/unloading, etc.</li>\n <li>Reports any equipment malfunctions and quality issues to the appropriate parties</li>\n <li>Always adheres to the company GMPs and Health and Safety policies</li>\n <li>Ensures that a safe and clean working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing company standards and following up on regular inspections </li>\n <li>During changeovers helps team to uninstall the parts clean them and put it back </li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Required Skills and Experience</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment (food/bakery experience is desirable)</li>\n <li>Accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to detect the presence of a quality issue</li>\n <li>Good communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Physically capable of performing the demands of the role including frequently lifting up to 50lbs</li>\n <li>Ability to move from one task to another with minimal distraction</li>\n <li>Flexible to work days, afternoons, nights & weekends if needed</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English with all levels of the organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
