We have a lot of opportunity for growth at NIFCO!</p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Responsible for full processing of all pre-production orders, delivering information and resolving issues in an accurate and timely manner, while supporting good relationships with both internal and external customers.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>**Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.**</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Pulls all pre-production parts for trial orders/requests (TTC orders, pre-production trial orders, production trial orders)</li><li>Utilities Customer Service functions in Oracle to key in/book TTC orders.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinates with Receiving/Shipping to get production level parts, components, materials for orders</li><li>Moves pre-production parts from &ldquo;trial-area&rdquo; to pre-production area</li><li>Coordinates shipment of material to tool shops as directed by Project Engineering</li><li>Assembles pre-production parts and packing parts in pre-defined packaging for shipments</li><li>Coordinates shipping pre-production orders audited in time to meet shipping deadlines</li><li>Controls inventory in pre-production area</li><li>Inputs inventory into Oracle as needed. &nbsp;Coordinates with PC/Shipping/Receiving for material transfers</li><li>Assist MFG trial tech during in-house trials if swing-gate/material insert molding is needed</li><li>Assist MFG/PC as needed for utility assignments</li><li>Assist PE with scanning/filing paperwork</li></ul>\n    </div>\n  </div>\n",
