The fast-paced and exciting atmosphere of our casino is sure to provide a thrill and keep you on your toes!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing exemplary customer service with a professional demeanor.</li>\n <li>Exchange of cash and distributing chips to guests.</li>\n <li>Assisting players who wish to <strong>color up</strong>, taking their small-denomination chips and exchanging them for larger denominations.</li>\n <li>Assisting dealers and supervisors in the starting, combining, and breaking of games.</li>\n <li>Ensuring the safety and security of team members and guests by notifying management of any suspicious or unusual activities.</li>\n <li>Attending training and meetings when required.</li>\n <li>Maintaining the cleanliness of work area, including the collection of chip trays and returning them to designated areas.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Positive attitude.</li>\n <li>Exceptional communication skills.</li>\n <li>Basic mathematic skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented.</li>\n <li>Prompt service.</li>\n <li>Problem-solving skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or GED equivalent</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>50% Standing</li>\n <li>50% Walking</li>\n <li>Repetitive hand motions</li>\n <li>Use of stairs and elevators</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.</li>\n <li>Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.</li>\n <li>You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Please note that this is a union position, and individuals in this role may be required to pay applicable union dues and fees.</p>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Perks We Offer You</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive group health benefits for full-time and part-time Team Members and their eligible dependents.
