The Store manager should be passionate about fashion and styling and has the ability to cultivate and grow a customer following in-store, support the management team and represent the REVOLVE brand and image.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong><u>Major Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Monitor and assess retail store performance, including sales, profit, product levels by season, and general compliance with company standards and policies.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:18.0pt;\">● Execute strategies to increase sales and profitability in store &amp; deliver strong results through positive year over year growth and stable KPIs.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:18.0pt;\">● Apply a strong understanding of business acumen to drive the business, identify opportunities, and build longterm solutions.</p><p style=\"margin-left:18.0pt;\">● Ownership of operational execution of the store to achieve necessary revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses.</p><p style=\"margin-left:18.0pt;\">● Uphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store.</p><p style=\"margin-left:18.0pt;\">● Address customer complaints in partnership with VP of Retail and resolve issues as they arise to retain customers and drive customer loyalty.</p><p style=\"margin-left:18.0pt;\">● Drive the execution of an elevated client experience acting as a brand ambassador - embody brand values, engage customers on the brand.</p><p style=\"margin-left:18.0pt;\">● Partner with HR &amp; Recruiting team on staffing and hiring</p><p style=\"margin-left:18.0pt;\">● Partner directly with your Direct Supervisor and HR team for support on performance discussions, safety discussions, and any other HR issues.</p><p style=\"margin-left:18.0pt;\">● Provide real-time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance to corporate partners to influence allocations and the success of the business</p><p style=\"margin-left:18.0pt;\">● Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail store team, enabling an incredible employee experience.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong>Required Competencies:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Minimum of 5 years Retail Store Management Experience required.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; o Luxury retail management experience preferred.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Proven experience in working within a sales driven environment - deliver sales results in line with business growth targets&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Drives growth through presenting new initiatives/ideas to improve the client experience and business as a whole</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Customer centric - proven ability to foster and maintain personal relationships with clients to build brand loyalty for Revolve &amp; FWRD</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities (customers, team members, HQ partners, vendors, etc.)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Ability to set clear objectives through direct communication and inspire the team to reach their highest potential</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results, and identifying opportunities for improvement</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Ability to stand, lift (within reason) on the sales floor and operationally in BOH</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the business&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Strong record of sourcing talent, developing retail teams, and maintaining a strong network within market</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Has managed a business of at least 10M in annual Net Revenue</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Has managed exempt &amp; non-exempt employees</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● Understanding of Retail Labor Laws</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">● GSuite experience a plus</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">A successful candidate thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
