Excellent benefits, paid health insurance (no cost to you) and retirement plan.  </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>#quebe</strong></p>\n<p><strong>#LI-Onsite</strong></p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Install low voltage copper and fiber optic cabling.</li>\n <li>Terminate, test copper and fiber cabling systems using certified test equipment.</li>\n <li>Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.</li>\n <li>Repair and install network enabled systems such as CCTV, Access Control, AV Control Systems, Central Sound, Video Management Servers, Projectors, Screens, Interactive Displays, etc.</li>\n <li>Assists in keeping building common and technology spaces in a neat, orderly and safe condition.</li>\n <li>Accomplishes work in accordance with blueprints and specifications, national and local codes and industry standards such as TIA and BICSI.</li>\n <li>Updates as-built drawings as necessary, according to department policies.</li>\n <li>Attend Toolbox safety meetings and demonstrate safety competency in addition to any other recommended topics such as harassment prevention, ethics, etc.</li>\n <li>Obtain an OSHA 10 General Industry Safety and Health standards certification. </li>\n <li>Extended hours or weekend overtime may be available.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required, depending on position.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or GED required.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of the Low Voltage Integration or ICT industry.</li>\n <li>BICSI and/or AVIXA certification desirable but not required.</li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
