You will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements from stakeholders and translating them into technical specifications for implementation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders for EV charging station projects.</li>\n<li>Act as a bridge between business teams, technical teams, and external partners.</li>\n<li>Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.</li>\n<li>Support project planning and execution by ensuring requirement alignment.</li>\n<li>Participate in workshops, meetings, and site visits (approx. 2 weeks/month in Bolzano).</li>\n<li>Maintain clear and organized documentation for all project requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Requirement Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of electric vehicle infrastructure or willingness to learn.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills in  <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">English, German is a plus </span></li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Willingness to travel to Bolzano approx. 2 weeks per month.</span></li>\n</ul>",
