    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>PLEASE NOTE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN ITS ENTIRETY FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION OF THIS POSITION - THIS INCLUDES THE EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION PROFILES AFTER CLICKING SUBMIT&nbsp;</strong> &nbsp;</p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Physicians&rsquo; Clinic of Iowa&rsquo;s Department of Hematology/Oncology has a full-time position available for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate-Certified. &nbsp;This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of highly dedicated physicians and staff whose primary mission is to provide high quality, compassionate care to our patients.&nbsp;</p><p>This Provider will provide services by performing the following duties:</p><ul><li>Performs medical examinations and evaluations, diagnoses, treatment, follow-up, consultation, and health education.</li><li>Assess patient health concerns; diagnose and determine treatment plan.</li><li>Order treatment, therapy and prescriptions as needed.</li><li>Obtains patient histories and develops patient care charts, ensuring completeness and accuracy.</li><li>Provides health education to families, and/or community health practitioners and groups within area of specialty.</li><li>Support quality care and positive patient outcomes for general Hematology Oncology&nbsp;patients.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Current, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license or Physician Associate license.</li><li>Master&#39;s degree (M.
