Working in close partnership with campus and regional leadership, medical directors, and shared services, the Director leads the transformation of Labor and Delivery services to improve outcomes, reduce unwarranted variation, and strengthen care coordination across the continuum.</span></span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;
