We currently have an opportunity for a <strong>Senior</strong> <strong>Financial Analyst-International </strong>to join our team located in Toronto, ON. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p>\n<p>The <strong>Senior </strong><strong>Financial Analyst-International</strong> is responsible for providing accurate and data-based information on the International Finance team’s profitability and budgeting.  This role will research and analyze financial information including costing, listing fees, tariffs, freight and distributor fees to assist and make recommendations on proposed product launches across the globe, as well as sourcing efficiencies from manufacturers.  This role will work with the Sales and Marketing teams on planning, forecasting and making sound financial decisions for the business.  We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare full P&Ls for RCP, distributors, and Retailers for proposed products/SKUs to launch in various markets.  Make recommendations on mix assortment and where best to launch.</li>\n <li>Analyze current and future operations to identify cost improvements. This includes reviewing cost trends across manufacturing partners for all product categories and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs among co-manufacturers.</li>\n <li>Manage Marketing & Sales budgets which includes A&P, Trade Spend, and retailer listing fees.
