Our focus is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to meet the needs of our diverse patient population who are experiencing a mental health crisis, and other social support needs.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">The ED Crisis Clinician is a licensed mental health professional who provides essential front-line support within the Emergency Department at Regions Hospital. Working independently in a fast-paced clinical environment, the clinician delivers immediate crisis assessment, intervention, and short-term therapeutic support to individuals and families experiencing mental health emergencies.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Core responsibilities include conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, formulating individualized intervention and referral plans, and determining appropriate levels of care. All services are delivered through a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and patient-centered lens.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">In addition to direct clinical care, the ED Crisis Clinician serves as a key resource to the interdisciplinary team, offering consultation on the psychosocial dimensions of patient care.
