Position Summary The Executive Creative Producer is responsible for leading the development, production, and ongoing evolution of the company’s Live Entertainment portfolio, including touring and resident shows. This role ensures that creative vision is translated into scalable, high-quality productions that perform consistently across markets, while supporting long-term brand and business objectives. Acting as a bridge between Creative, Production, and Commercial teams, the Executive Creative Producer oversees both new creations and existing productions, driving innovation while maintaining artistic integrity and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership & Portfolio Vision Define and shape the creative vision for the Company’s show portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and audience expectations.
