Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a track record of supporting cross-functional teams to meet production goals and deadlines.&nbsp;</p><p><br><strong>Primary Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Safety of fellow associates when blades are being moved with the cranes.&nbsp;</li><li>In charge of blade movement for all molds, spar caps, webs, root slicer, root pre-fabs to skin molds.</li><li>Coordinating with team leader and shift leader for all crane related moves for shear web gantry.</li><li>Work with transition to ensure there are openings for de-molded blades from molding.&nbsp;</li><li><p>Training of other team members to run equipment as backups.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills/Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Crane Certification or ability to get crane certification.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills &amp; mentoring skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Enthusiasm and the ability to motivate others.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to maintain safe work environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to make decisions on the flow of blades and components and able to do what is needed.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Selection Criteria:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br>Bilingual (English/Spanish) associates are encouraged to apply. <br>&nbsp;</p>",
