Our mission is to deliver exceptional clinical care while creating a premium wellness experience.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)</span><span> </span>to conduct virtual consultations and provide ongoing clinical oversight for wellness programs that include Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, Botox, and medical weight management.</p>\n<p>This role combines weekly oversight responsibilities with fee-for-service patient consultations.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct virtual consultations for wellness services including HRT, peptide therapy, and medical weight management, including medical history review, risk screening, and eligibility assessment.</li>\n<li>Evaluate patients and place clinically appropriate orders for GLP-1 medications, peptide protocols, HRT labs, and additional diagnostics following established guidelines.</li>\n<li>Educate patients on their treatment plans, dosing, expectations, safety considerations, and required follow-up care.</li>\n<li>Provide ongoing clinical oversight for medically supervised programs and ensure continuity of care.</li>\n<li>Sign off on provider-level items, including medication orders, lab orders, standing orders, and any required medical clearance.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Maryland regulations</span><span> </span>and internal protocols.</li>\n<li>Ensure safe practice standards and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the clinical leadership team as needed.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Maryland FNP license</span></li>\n<li>National certification (<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AANP or ANCC</span>)</li>\n<li>Minimum<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2 years of NP experience</span><span> </span>in wellness, metabolic health, primary care, HRT, or weight management preferred</li>\n<li>Strong telehealth and virtual consultation skills</li>\n<li>Familiarity with GLP-1 medications, peptides, and HRT</li>\n<li>Strong communication and patient-education skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and follow structured protocols<br><br></li>\n</ul>",
