Bachelor's degree required. 2–5 years of experience in program operations, program coordination, event management, project coordination, nonprofit operations, or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience coordinating virtual and/or in-person events, webinars, trainings, or conferences. Strong written communication skills with experience drafting and distributing communications to participants, stakeholders, or customers. Experience working with CRM systems, databases, or data management platforms (Salesforce experience preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to leverage technology, systems, and tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support program execution. Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain data accuracy and manage administrative processes. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience gathering, reconciling, analyzing, and reporting on data from multiple sources. Proven problem-solving skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity, identify solutions, and drive work forward with limited direction. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, shifting business needs, and evolving program environments. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and stakeholders. Experience leveraging AI tools to improve operational processes
