We are seeking a licensed Professional Engineer with at least 7 years of experience in watershed modeling, pond design, stormwater systems planning and design, water quality, and general stormwater management to join our team! If you are a Project Manager that aligns with our values, we would love for you to continue reading and apply.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Works with clients and project teams to determine and develop project objectives, scopes, budgets, deliverables, and schedules.</li><li>Maintains client communication and project documentation.</li><li>Plans, coordinates, and oversees project activities to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Anticipates project challenges and advises team on alternative solutions.</li><li>Ensures project deliveries meet quality standards.</li><li>Mentors and evaluates staff.</li><li>Assists in the training of staff in standard practices and procedures.</li><li>Analyzes project profitability, revenue and billing rates, and monthly project invoices.</li><li>Conduct business development and develop client relationships related to floodplain and stormwater management.</li><li>&nbsp;Travel to client and project locations for submittal reviews, field verification of models, proposal presentations, and other client management activities.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Will Bring:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>A Bachelor&#39;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Civil, Biosystems, or Environmental Engineering</li><li>7+ years of experience in water resource and stormwater management.</li><li>A minimum of 3 years of project management experience</li><li>Current PE license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months</li><li>Hydrologic Modeling</li><li>Hydraulic Modeling (1D and 2D)</li><li>ESRI Products</li><li>FEMA LOMC Submittals</li><li>Our preferred candidate will have:<ul><li>Proven project management experience</li><li>Experience managing, developing, and mentoring staff</li><li>Desire to be involved in business development activities</li></ul></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Who We Are:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>WSB is a design and consulting firm specializing in engineering, community planning, environmental, and construction services.
