You’ll serve as the central point of coordination across stakeholders and senior leadership, turning complex requirements into clear plans and measurable results. In this role, you’ll drive excellence in execution: overseeing budgets, forecasting schedules, managing risks, aligning resources, and ensuring quality throughout the program lifecycle. You’ll mentor technical teams, clear roadblocks, communicate progress with confidence, and keep momentum high. Security Clearance Requirements: This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph. Responsibilities Contract & Program Management Provide full program management oversight for all activities performed under the contract, including cost, schedule, personnel, quality, reporting, and risk management. Manage contract execution across multiple Task Orders of various types (FFP, T&M, FFP Completion) and complexities. Provide program management, personnel management, subcontractor oversight, security coordination, facility support, cost control, and quality assurance. Plan, resource, and manage each Task Order to ensure personnel with required skills and clearances are available at the start of performance. Provide visibility into cost, schedule, and technical performance at the contract, Task Order, program, and project levels. Implement cost documentation and control measures, schedule refinement and adherence, resource management, and variance identification and correction. Reporting, Deliverables & Customer Interface Prepare and deliver all required contract and Task Order reports and deliverables in accordance with the SOW and CDRLs. Establish and maintain processes to track Task Orders, milestones, deliverables, and Government‑required reporting. Conduct monthly contract status reviews, addressing cost, schedule, technical progress, risks, and action items. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all Task Orders, including closeout and final invoice submission within 90 days of Task completion. Risk Management Lead risk identification, analysis, mitigation planning, implementation, and performance tracking across all Tasks. Establish management processes to identify, control, and eliminate potential cost and schedule deviations. Track and report risk status, impacts, and outcomes to Government leadership. Qualifications Required Education & Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Ten (10) years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Required Skills: Real‑time program assessments System life‑cycle cost tracking Independent cost estimates Forecasting and financial accountability Return‑on‑investment analysis Experience managing multi‑discipline technical teams and diverse Task Orders under mixed contract types (FFP, T&M, FFP Completion). Required Certification: Must have a PMI PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management.
