If you thrive in dynamic environments, love orchestrating cross‑functional talent, and want to lead programs where your leadership directly defines success, this is your next mission.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Application Process:</strong> Interested candidates should submit their resume detailing their qualifications and experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Security Clearance Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>This position requires all candidates to be <strong>U.S. Citizens </strong>and <strong>possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Contract & Program Management</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide full program management oversight for all activities performed under the contract, including cost, schedule, personnel, quality, reporting, and risk management.</li>\n <li>Manage contract execution across multiple Task Orders of various types (FFP, T&M, FFP Completion) and complexities.</li>\n <li>Provide program management, personnel management, subcontractor oversight, security coordination, facility support, cost control, and quality assurance.</li>\n <li>Plan, resource, and manage each Task Order to ensure personnel with required skills and clearances are available at the start of performance.</li>\n <li>Provide visibility into cost, schedule, and technical performance at the contract, Task Order, program, and project levels.</li>\n <li>Implement cost documentation and control measures, schedule refinement and adherence, resource management, and variance identification and correction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Reporting, Deliverables & Customer Interface</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and deliver all required contract and Task Order reports and deliverables in accordance with the SOW and CDRLs.</li>\n <li>Establish and maintain processes to track Task Orders, milestones, deliverables, and Government‑required reporting.</li>\n <li>Conduct monthly contract status reviews, addressing cost, schedule, technical progress, risks, and action items.</li>\n <li>Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all Task Orders, including closeout and final invoice submission within 90 days of Task completion.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Risk Management</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead risk identification, analysis, mitigation planning, implementation, and performance tracking across all Tasks.</li>\n <li>Establish management processes to identify, control, and eliminate potential cost and schedule deviations.</li>\n <li>Track and report risk status, impacts, and outcomes to Government leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required Education & Years of Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.</li>\n <li>Ten (10) years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Required Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Real‑time program assessments</li>\n <li>System life‑cycle cost tracking</li>\n <li>Independent cost estimates</li>\n <li>Forecasting and financial accountability</li>\n <li>Return‑on‑investment analysis</li>\n <li>Experience managing multi‑discipline technical teams and diverse Task Orders under mixed contract types (FFP, T&M, FFP Completion).</li>\n</ul> \n<p>Required Certification:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a PMI PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About WOOD</h2>\n<p><strong>Fringe Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Health Insurance:</strong> Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.</li>\n <li><strong>Retirement Plan:</strong> 401(k) with company match.</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Time Off:</strong> Generous PTO policy including vacation, sick leave, and holidays.</li>\n <li><strong>Professional Development:</strong> Opportunities for training, certifications, and career advancement.</li>\n <li><strong>Work-Life Balance:</strong> Flexible work schedules and remote work options.</li>\n <li><strong>Wellness Programs:</strong> Employee assistance programs, wellness initiatives, and gym membership discounts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Career Growth:</strong> Take advantage of professional development opportunities and career advancement.
