    "description_html": "<p>In this position you will be a member of Markit!’s Fleet team and you will report to the Vice President of Operations and Shop Manager.<br><br><b>Location: </b> Projects will be located throughout the states of Arizona and New Mexico.  </p><p><b>Travel:</b>  80% but may be up to 100% depending on project assignment. <br><br><b>Duties:  </b>The Heavy Equipment Master Mechanic will perform scheduled, unscheduled, preventative maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of industrial and small engine equipment to facilitate the forestry operations of Markit! Forestry Management LLC (\"Markit!\").  Maintenance and repairs will happen frequently on site in high elevations and in adverse weather conditions.  Work is completed year round.</p><p>This position requires knowledge of maintenance, trouble-shooting, and solving complex maintenance issues. The primary responsibilities of the position are:</p><ul><li>Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with applicable Original Equipment Manufacturers technical manuals.</li><li>Perform repairs on inoperable equipment.</li><li>Perform repairs in one or more areas in accordance with service manuals and manufacturers specifications.</li><li>Equipment includes Bobcat and ASV Loaders, Industrial Tractors, Delimbers, Skidders, Chippers, Log Loaders, Harvesters, Graders, Dozers, Grinders, Excavators, Generators, Pressure Washers, attachments, trucks and trailers.</li><li>Perform fabrication of hydraulic hoses.</li><li>Order parts by using manuals and catalogs.</li><li>Deliver parts to projects as necessary.</li><li>Equipment transport and washing.</li><li>Hiring and training of heavy equipment mechanic team.</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills</b></p><ul><li>Speak, read and write English.</li><li>Ability to utilize a cell phone, tablet and/or laptop to record equipment maintenance and repairs.</li><li>Willing to train in other skilled areas.</li><li>Able to work any shift including weekends if required.</li><li>Able to travel on short notice, some overnight travel may be required.</li><li>Able to understand and comply with all parts ordering and issuing procedures.</li><li>Able to work in adverse weather conditions, and austere environments.</li><li>Able to lift and carry 100 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently.</li><li>Must demonstrate knowledge and ability to use precision measuring and testing
