After this period, candidates will be considered for direct employment with Beach Front Property Management, Inc. based on performance and business needs.&nbsp;</em></p><p><br></p><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>We’re seeking a dependable and proactive <strong>Multi-Site/Roving Maintenance Technician</strong> to support a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across multiple counties in Southern California.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on variety, and takes pride in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues across diverse property types.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Log and manage work orders daily</li><li>Respond to maintenance requests across multiple properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, etc.)</li><li>Complete unit turns and make-readies efficiently</li><li>Perform repairs in occupied and vacant units with professionalism and urgency</li><li>Conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks</li><li>Assist with general property upkeep and grounds as needed</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and company standards</li><li>Travel between sites as required</li><li>Respond to overtime or emergency calls as needed</li></ul>",
