font-size: 14px;\">Understand basic safe use of shop tools.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Having the ability to maintain communication with co-workers concerning their operational needs.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Achieve and maintain a basic understanding of how all the operating systems function/interact and independently perform effective trouble shooting during equipment malfunctions.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Startup and shutdown of equipment.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Learn to perform annual and other scheduled maintenance on equipment.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Understand OSHA safety rules and work in compliance with the Bell Timber safety standards, policies, and procedures.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Identify and report any and all unsafe working conditions.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; Operations in log handling including long poles helpful.
