This 100% Canadian, and family-owned group of companies services the Canadian and North Eastern USA markets through its various subsidiaries: LAPRAIRIE Crane, LAPRAIRIE Haul, LAPRAIRIE Works, LAPRAIRIE Oilfield, CAPSTAN Hauling, ENTREC, LAPRAIRIE Rock, and Canadian Silica Industries.</em></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>ENTREC Alberta Ltd</em></span><em>. is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of service and safety for the best transportation experience.  We are dedicated to achieving maximum efficiency and productivity to support our mission and vision of being a proven leader in specialized over-weight, over-sized cargo hauling and jack &amp; slide services providing the highest quality service, safety, value and integrity resulting in customer satisfaction.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Roles and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including rigging, lifting and jack &amp; roll operations, as well as personnel management.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment.</li>\n<li>Monitor operations and adjust as necessary to optimize efficiency.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular inspections of equipment and lifting systems to identify any installation and maintenance or repair needs.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with all levels of management, staff and clients to ensure effective operational completeness.</li>\n<li>Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of operations, equipment usage, and personnel performance.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills and Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years previous experience in a supervisory/lead role in the rigging and hoisting/jack &amp; roll industry is preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of rigging and jack &amp; roll operations, lifting equipment, and safety protocols.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients.</li>\n<li>Experience in training crew members.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with crew members, vendors, and clients.</li>\n<li>Lead by example in instilling a strong safety culture.</li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Ability to read lift plans and site layout.</li>\n<li>Valid Class 5 with Q endorsement or Class 1 with Air Brakes is preferred.</li>\n<li>Journeyman, Boom Truck or Crane and Hoisting Apprentice is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ENTREC</span> offers a comprehensive benefits program and RSP matching plan.
