This is your chance! </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Toronto Blue Jays are looking for Client Experience Associate to join our team.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">OVERVIEW</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Client Experience Associate will play a role in delivering a top tier experience for our clients across premium, memberships and sales. The representative role assists in the facilitation of the benefit framework and game day experiences within our ticketed areas, including events on-site and off-site, experiences, and gifting.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Please note that this is a PT/Contract position, spanning from approximately June 2026 to April 2027. These positions are part-time contracts.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assisting with executing client hospitality events and select special projects throughout the season</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Executing gifting touchpoints, giveaway drops and courier deliveries</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with Sales and Service client engagement initiatives</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with gameday experiences; batting practice and other opportunities as they arise</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Execute additional event-day operations as required, including unique suite set-up request or merchandise deliveries</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborating cross-functionally to support our event day staff as needed</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support suite operations during concerts and major events at Rogers Centre</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with general suite and space maintenance; tracking of artwork &amp; furniture needs throughout season</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide client facing service on event day, including resolving fan experience issues and providing leadership with security, catering and fan services staff.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with coordinating department milestones</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with cross-departments and teams as needed and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">University degree or College diploma in sport management, business, marketing or a related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A service mindset and passion for creating memorable experiences</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in client service, hospitality and/or other industry related field</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and effectively multi-task with attention to detail and sound judgment</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Able to work hours outside of a typical workday (includes evenings, weekends and holidays) is required for executing <em>Toronto Blue Jays</em> game days and other <em>Rogers Centre</em> events</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strategic thinker with an ability to be proactive and solve problems</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Natural collaborator who works well cross-functionally and in a team environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong written and verbal communication skills</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to lift and move items up to 50lbs as required, ensuring the efficient setup and breakdown of event materials</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Applicants must be willing and able to work all 81 Blue Jays home games, including non-traditional hours, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.</span> <br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary: </span>The anticipated base compensation for this role is $25.00 per hour.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Status: </span>Vacancy</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Blue Jays has a strong commitment to diversity, accessibility, and inclusion.
