Crew members report to the shop each morning and travel to job sites from there unless otherwise directed.</p><p><strong>IMPORTANT: WE ARE NOT A LINEMAN COMPANY.</strong><br>We are a <strong>foundation drilling / utility structure installation company</strong> specializing in:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Drilled light pole foundations</li><li>Concrete base installation</li><li>Pole setting</li><li>Utility structure installation</li></ul><p>If you are looking for a lineman, electrical, or bucket truck-only position, this is not the role.</p><p>This is a <strong>physically demanding, hands-on construction position&mdash;not a supervisory or light-duty role.</strong></p><p><strong>FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:</strong><br>If you have the right work ethic, attitude, and basic construction aptitude, this position can grow into a <strong>Digger Derrick Operator role.
