    "description": "<p>RidgeTech Automation is seeking a dynamic and skilled Control Systems Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or Robotics &amp; Automation.  A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the Controls and Automation industry is essential. Experience in performing the following role responsibilities is required:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Leadership &amp; Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electrical and Fluid Power Designs (EPLAN, AutoCAD)</li>\n<li>PLC &amp; HMI Software Development (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Omron, Toyopuc)</li>\n<li>Robot Programming and Setup (ABB, Fanuc, Motoman, Nachi, Kuka)</li>\n<li>Motion Control Systems (Rockwell, Siemens, Bosch)</li>\n<li>Peripheral systems (vision systems, marking systems, weld systems)</li>\n<li>Lead commissioning, testing, and debugging of automation systems</li>\n<li>Purchase hardware and materials for projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project &amp; Client Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage client relationships and project scope</li>\n<li>Participate in stand-ups, work planning, and technical reviews</li>\n<li>Utilize Jira for progress updates and ticket management</li>\n<li>Ensure accurate and complete project documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp; Operational Standards</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Uphold company policies and submit timesheets/service reports accurately</li>\n<li>Stay current with applicable standards, codes, and rules</li>\n<li>Support clients during regular hours, after hours, and weekends as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Continuous Improvement &amp; Team Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote efficiencies and continuous improvement</li>\n<li>Engage in initiatives to share knowledge and support team development</li>\n<li>Maintain and develop technical knowledge through training and industry events</li>\n<li>Utilize non-chargeable time efficiently through approved activities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Application/ Hiring Process</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>We use BambooHR as our HRIS to manage applications received and follow up with candidates</li>\n<li>RTA does not use this or any other system for artificial intelligence during the hiring process</li>\n<li>If you require accommodation or assistance during the hiring process, please contact   <a href=\"mailto:[email protected]\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[email protected]</a></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>RidgeTech Automation Inc. is a control systems integrator.
