VANTAGE Aging operates SCSEP in 38 counties in Ohio.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong><br> We are seeking an empathetic, highly organized, and proactive professional to serve as a Supportive Service Navigator. In this remote role, you will work directly with older Job Seekers to guide them through personal barriers as they pursue employment. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about connecting individuals to critical community resources and possesses a strong understanding of how to navigate complex challenges such as transportation limitations, housing instability, healthcare access, and food insecurity. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, cultural competency, and the ability to establish trust with clients from varied educational and cultural backgrounds.
