If who we are and what we do resonates with you, we invite you to join our high-performance team!\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical) | Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield | Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance) | Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems | Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures\n<h2>Impact of the Role</h2>\n<h3>General Profile</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and broadens capabilities</li>\n <li>Continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers</li>\n <li>Performs a range of assignments related to job discipline </li>\n <li>Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations</li>\n <li>Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction</li>\n <li>Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Devises plans and programs for routine preventative maintenance and scheduled turnaround events at a plant or production facility. </li>\n <li>Accurately defines and estimates required work requests and maintains a consistent tracking system for work orders. </li>\n <li>Develops inspection and survey procedures to ensure an effective preventative maintenance system. </li>\n <li>Works closely with technicians, engineers, operations, and managers to establish a schedule of proactive maintenance activities during appropriate downtime. </li>\n <li>Utilizes planning and scheduling methods to ensure the most effective and least disruptive maintenance possible. </li>\n <li>Typically uses a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking and planning maintenance. </li>\n <li>Monitors spare parts inventory to ensure availability of required parts. </li>\n <ul>\n  <h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Required education and experience:</strong> Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience</li>\n   <li><strong>Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills:</strong> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>\n  </ul>\n  <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Preferred education and experience:</strong> Bachelor's Degree</li>\n   <li><strong>Discipline/Major:</strong> Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management</li>\n   <li><strong>Knowledge, skills & abilities:</strong> Oral and written communication skills. Ability to understand and follow directions. Manual dexterity. Ability to lift/move heavy objects.
