We're currently looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our weekend team and help create exceptional experiences for every client who walks through our doors.</p>\n<h3>Schedule</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Nights + Weekend availability required</li>\n <li>Saturday and/or Sunday shifts available</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Compensation & Perks</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>$15/hour</li>\n <li>Monthly performance bonuses based on membership conversions</li>\n <li>Commission opportunities on Wellness Program sales (earn $300+ per month in additional bonuses)</li>\n <li>FREE monthly massage or facial offered at a minimum of 1 shift/week (or every other weekend)</li>\n <li>Supportive, positive team environment</li>\n <li>Opportunities for growth and development</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What You'll Do</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Guide clients through our proven Wellness Program membership process</li>\n <li>Build genuine relationships that encourage long-term client loyalty</li>\n <li>Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences</li>\n <li>Help resolve concerns with professionalism and care</li>\n <li>Support daily studio operations and contribute to a positive team culture</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What We're Looking For</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Positive, outgoing personality</li>\n <li>Strong communication and listening skills</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and dependable</li>\n <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced wellness environment</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through</li>\n <li>Passion for helping others</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Preferred Experience</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Retail, membership, or wellness sales experience</li>\n <li>Customer service experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, or related industries</li>\n <li>Familiarity with scheduling software, phones, and computer systems</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Interested?
