Description

Description Texas Children’s Hospital is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Director of Brand Partnerships to lead and elevate a portfolio of mission-aligned partnerships. This role will focus on strengthening existing relationships, enhancing integrated activations, and driving meaningful brand and community impact across one of the nation’s leading pediatric and women’s healthcare organizations. The Director will lead a high-performing team, cultivate executive-level relationships, and partner cross-functionally to maximize engagement, storytelling, and long-term partnership success. Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead and evolve the organization’s brand partnership strategy, focusing on growth, visibility, and long-term value. Strengthen and expand existing partner relationships through innovative, integrated activations and engagement opportunities. Oversee partnership campaigns and activations across digital, social, experiential, and on-site channels. Serve as the senior relationship lead for key partners, ensuring a proactive and high-touch partnership experience. Partner closely with marketing, philanthropy, public affairs, digital, and executive teams to align partnership efforts with organizational priorities. Develop partnership performance metrics, reporting, and insights to continuously improve impact and effectiveness. Lead, mentor, and develop a collaborative, high-performing partnerships team. Oversee partnership operations, budgets, and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with brand standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, experiential marketing, or strategic marketing. 3+ years of leadership experience. Healthcare, pediatric, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proven success managing and growing strategic partnerships. Strong background in integrated marketing, experiential activations, and partnership strategy. Exceptional communication skills and executive presence. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact. Strong leadership, operational, and relationship management skills. Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
