Our mission statement definitely speaks to what La Clinica de Familia stands for, which is to empower and enrich families, individuals, and communities by providing quality medical, dental, behavioral health and educational service for people of all cultures.</span><br><br><span style=\"line-height:normal;\"><b>Non-Exempt</b></span><br><br><strong>Up to $38,840</strong><br><br><span style=\"line-height:normal;\"><b>Job Summary:</b></span></span></span><p><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"line-height:normal;\">With the expansion of LCDF services as a newly designated Certified Behavioral Health Community Center, we are creating an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. For this position there will be a combination of duties related to both driving and tech for the intensive outpatient program. The individual&#8217;s primary duties are associated with the transportation of the IOP patients to and from home and the program. The individual&#8217;s secondary duties are to support the IOP therapist in monitoring and managing patients&#8217; behaviors in IOP groups. Individuals will support in crisis situations to implement de-escalation techniques and ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients.
