This role is for an on-going assignment. Hired candidates will be considered for Benefits/Paid Time Off after 3-months. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>#SIC</strong></p>\n<p><strong>#LI On-Site</strong></p>\n<p><strong>#LI-VB1</strong></p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Building chain link fences on industrial site </li>\n <li>Industrial painting on things around the facility.</li>\n <li>PCV pipe work in the plumbing department.</li>\n <li>Assemble furniture for the site and other carpentry duties.</li>\n <li>Bolt, nail, align, and block up under forms.</li>\n <li>Level earth to fine grade specifications, using pick and shovel.</li>\n <li>Mix concrete, using portable mixer.</li>\n <li>Smooth and finish freshly poured cement or concrete, using float, trowel, or screed.</li>\n <li>Mop, brush, or spread paints or bituminous compounds over surfaces for protection.</li>\n <li>Spray materials such as water, sand, steam, vinyl, paint, or stucco through hose to clean, coat, or seal surfaces.</li>\n <li>Apply caulking compounds by hand or with caulking gun to seal crevices.</li>\n <li>Grind, sand, or polish surfaces such as concrete or steel, using abrasive tools or machines.</li>\n <li>Perform variety of tasks involving dexterous use of hands and tools such as demolishing buildings, sawing lumber, dismantling forms, removing projections from concrete, mounting pipe hangers, and cutting and attaching insulating material.</li>\n <li>Observes SIC/Client Safety processes and procedures at all times.</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Must be able to move in and around confided spaces and uneven areas</li>\n <li>Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises</li>\n <li>Must be able to safely access all areas of property and buildings</li>\n <li>Must be able to effectively use all required PPE equipment</li>\n <li>Strenuous physical demands are required to safely perform the essential functions associated with this position</li>\n <li>Must be able to safely operate all involved equipment and tools</li>\n <li>Must be capable of standing for long periods of time, bending consistently, working on ladders, and in awkward body positions</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Work Environment</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conditions include working in office, shop, busy traffic areas, freezers, and warehouses, with frequent exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions.
