About the role The Associate Creative Director (ACD) works with our team of Art Directors, Copywriters, and Designers to conceive and execute a variety of brand communication and engagement projects through a wide range of media. In a hands-on role working with and reporting to the Creative Director, the ACD is jointly responsible for the quality of the creative work that the agency produces, ensuring it is always as impactful and effective as possible. You will act as Lead Creative on brands and will mentor, develop and nurture junior and mid-weight creatives. You will champion effective creativity internally and externally, working closely with brand teams and other colleagues to promote its value.
