This is your opportunity to take ownership of high‑impact projects, mentor emerging engineers, and drive forward-thinking strategies that strengthen the systems communities depend on every day.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Organize, direct, and coordinate activities related to gas engineering projects, from initial assessment through planning and design</li>\n <li>Collaborate with team leadership to manage and motivate a high-performing group of technical professionals, ensuring excellence in project delivery and achieving team utilization goals</li>\n <li>Effectively manage project budgets, scope, and schedules to deliver successful outcomes for critical utility initiatives</li>\n <li>Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded throughout each phase</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering required</li>\n <li>Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required; previous project or team management experience preferred</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (GasWorks, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Demonstrated technical proficiency in respective discipline and strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws</li>\n <li>Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment</li>\n <li>An articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groups </li>\n <li>Strategic thinker with the ability to guide and motivate team activity and resolve issues with urgency</li>\n <li>Experience with project budgeting preferred; basic understanding of accounting processes</li>\n <li>Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead challenging gas infrastructure projects that strengthen system reliability, resiliency, and modernization across utility networks</li>\n <li>Mentor and inspire junior engineers committed to advancing safe, efficient, and sustainable energy delivery</li>\n <li>Collaborate with talented professionals across disciplines in a flexible work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our Gas Engineering team is doing?
