      "content": "<li>Field Service &amp; Technical Support</li><li>Install, commission, and service electromechanical equipment and systems at customer locations.</li><li>Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.</li><li>Conduct preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance programs.</li><li>Calibrate, test, and validate system performance to meet manufacturer and customer specifications.</li><li>Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.</li><li>Provide emergency and on-call service support when required.</li><li>Customer &amp; Project Support</li><li>Serve as the senior technical point of contact for customers during service visits.</li><li>Communicate findings, repairs, and recommendations clearly and professionally.</li><li>Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and parts recommendations.</li><li>Support equipment upgrades, retrofits, and system improvements.</li><li>Leadership &amp; Mentorship</li><li>Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices in troubleshooting and best practices.</li><li>Assist with developing service procedures and technical documentation.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives and share field feedback with engineering and operations teams.</li><li>Safety &amp; Compliance</li><li>Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulatory standards.</li><li>Maintain tools, test equipment, and company vehicles in safe working condition.</li>"
