Take part in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service requests when needed. Follow all safety procedures and represent Encore in a professional way on every job site. What You Bring to the Table High school diploma or GED required, with technical or industry related experience preferred Working knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, their components, and common tools used to service them Familiarity with NFPA codes and general fire protection standards Ability to read and understand blueprints and system drawings Strong communication and documentation skills for use with customers and internal teams Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights of 30 feet or more Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory Experience operating lifts and an understanding of OSHA safety practices Professional, team-oriented mindset and a consistent focus on doing the job safely and correctly What Makes You Stand Out You have Three or more years of experience inspecting, servicing, or repairing fire sprinkler systems.
