This role blends strategic growth leadership with hands-on operational oversight to build a high-performing sector from the ground up. The Sector Leader will develop market strategy, lead execution, build teams, and secure anchor clients while ensuring safety, quality, and financial discipline. This role requires a builder’s mindset and strong leadership presence to stand up a new sector and guide it into sustained growth.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span 12pt\">Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Power sector, including market entry, service offerings, and long-term scalability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Establish foundational operating systems, performance standards, and cultural expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Serve as executive sponsor for early anchor projects and strategic Engineering, Business, or related field.</li>\n<li>10+ years of leadership experience in power, energy, utility, or EPC construction environments.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success leading complex construction projects and teams, power sector or related preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong financial acumen with experience owning or influencing P&amp;L performance.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to build
