    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Description:</p><p>We are seeking a hands‑on Lead DevOps Engineer to architect, build, and operate our AWS cloudinfrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role combines technical leadership with deep individualcontribution, requiring someone who leads by example while actively designing, implementing, andimproving DevOps capabilities.</p><p>You will work closely with engineering, QA, and platform teams to ensure our systems are highlyavailable, secure, scalable, and cost‑efficient, while mentoring a team of DevOps engineers and driving modern DevOps and SRE practices across the organization.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Technical Leadership &amp; Ownership</p><p>Act as a hands‑on technical resource, setting the bar for DevOps engineering excellence</p><p>Mentor and guide DevOps engineers through design reviews, automation standards, and operationalbest practices</p><p>Define and enforce DevOps standards, patterns, and tooling across teams</p><p>Partner with application, QA, and architecture teams to align DevOps strategy with business anddelivery goals</p><p>AWS Infrastructure &amp; Automation</p><p>Design, implement, and operate scalable, secure, and resilient AWS infrastructure</p><p>Own Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation</p><p>Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or AWS‑nativeservices</p><p>Automate environment provisioning, deployments, and operational workflows</p><p>Containers &amp; Platform Engineering</p><p>Design and support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)</p><p>Enable best practices for microservices deployment, scaling, and resilience on AWS</p><p>Support platform capabilities such as blue/green and canary deployments</p><p>Monitoring, Reliability &amp; Operations</p><p>Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and dashboards using tools like Prometheus, Grafana,Datadog, and CloudWatch</p><p>Own logging and observability solutions (oTel, Splunk etc.)</p><p>Lead root cause analysis, incident response, and continuous reliability improvements</p><p>Participate in and help mature on‑call and operational support processes</p><p>Security, Compliance &amp; Cost Optimization</p><p>Enforce AWS security best practices, including IAM design, secrets management, and vulnerabilityscanning</p><p>Well experienced with all kind of scanning SCA, DAST, SAST and WIZ.IO</p><p>Drive AWS cost optimization through right‑sizing, automation, and cost‑management tooling</p><p>Required Qualifications</p><p>5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering with strong hands‑on delivery</p><p>Proven experience leading or acting as a technical lead for DevOps or SRE teams</p><p>Deep expertise with AWS services and cloud architecture patterns</p><p>Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)</p><p>Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)</p><p>Solid background building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Git‑based workflows</p><p>Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages</p><p>Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across engineering teams</p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><p>AWS certifications (DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, or equivalent)</p><p>Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD, Gitlab</p><p>Familiarity with micro-services and advanced Kubernetes networking</p><p>Experience operating production systems at scale with a focus on reliability and cost efficiency</p></div>\n",
