This role is located in <i><strong>Pune</strong></i>.</p><p><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and manage the preparation and distribution of fund reports by demonstrating expertise in accounting services and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, aligning with BNY's strategic objectives.</li><li>Drive process improvements within the fund reporting function to enhance efficiency and accuracy, supporting operational excellence.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.</li><li>Liaise with clients to understand their reporting needs and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations, demonstrating a client-focused approach.</li><li>Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with industry regulations, maintaining the integrity of financial data.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.</li><li>Typically 7+ years of experience in fund reporting</li><li>Experience in financial reporting, US GAAP, IFRS is highly preferred.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams.</li></ul>",
