(NZ Diploma or Degree in Construction related field) </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>You will need the following attributes:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>The ability to communicate to our customers in clear spoken and written English</span></li>\n<li><span>A proven track record of going the extra mile for customers</span></li>\n<li><span>Advanced current working knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and Building Act</span></li>\n<li><span>NZ tertiary qualification in architecture/drafting, building surveying or construction (Reg18 compliant qualification) </span></li>\n<li><span>Good computer knowledge, working with AI is an advantage. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>You will be surrounded by a well-trained, experienced team of professionals that work together to obtain excellent results for our customers.
