      "value": "<strong>Operational Leadership</strong><br><ul><li>Lead day-to-day operations of mission-critical data centre facilities. </li><li>Ensure continuous availability and reliability of critical infrastructure systems including: <ul><li>UPS systems </li><li>Generators </li><li>Switchgear </li><li>HVAC / cooling systems </li><li>BMS / EPMS platforms </li><li>Fire suppression systems </li></ul></li><li>Maintain operational readiness in accordance with SLAs, and internal operating procedures. </li><li>Drive operational excellence programs focused on uptime, resiliency, efficiency, and risk reduction.</li></ul><strong>Team Management</strong><br><ul><li>Lead and develop Data Center Operations Managers, Facility Engineers, Shift Technicians, and support staff. </li><li>Establish staffing models, succession planning, and training programs. </li><li>Foster a culture of safety, accountability, procedural compliance, and continuous improvement. </li><li>Conduct performance management, mentoring, and career development activities. </li></ul><strong>Incident & Change Management</strong><br><ul><li>Own incident response processes for critical facility events. </li><li>Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation. </li><li>Chair change management reviews for maintenance and operational activities. </li><li>Ensure all maintenance and operational procedures follow change management, MOP, SOP, and EOP standards. </li></ul><strong>Maintenance & Reliability</strong><br><ul><li>Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. </li><li>Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for critical infrastructure systems. </li><li>Ensure maintenance activities are executed without customer impact. </li><li>Monitor asset lifecycle management and capital replacement planning. </li></ul><strong>Customer & Service Delivery</strong><br><ul><li>Act as senior operational point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. </li><li>Support audits, sales opportunities, operational reporting, and SLA management. </li><li>Ensure operational support aligns with customer contractual obligations and service expectations. </li></ul><strong>Compliance & Risk Management</strong><br><ul><li>Ensure compliance with: <ul><li>ISO 27001 </li><li>ISO 22301 </li><li>SOC standards </li><li>Health & Safety regulations </li><li>Environmental and energy standards </li></ul></li><li>Lead operational audit preparedness and remediation efforts. </li><li>Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery operational readiness. </li></ul><strong>Financial & Strategic Management</strong><br><ul><li>Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and cost control initiatives. </li><li>Support capacity planning and expansion projects. </li><li>Contribute to strategic planning for operational scalability and efficiency improvements. </li><li>Drive sustainability and energy optimization initiatives, including PUE improvement programs. </li></ul>"
