This role acts as a bridge between the commercial resources on an opportunity and the procurement, product expertise necessary to win, retain, and/or grow the business of global forwarding revenues and volumes.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></div><ul><li>Supports the RFQ/P/I (tender) qualification process for new and existing customer opportunities</li><li>Indirectly attends to pricing teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders to the scope and schedule of a tender</li><li>Prepare the commercial and operational aspects of the tender, ensuring all services are included in the final proposal to the customer</li><li>Lead collaboration and communication efforts with global stakeholders to optimize tender strategy</li><li>Collaborates in tracking risks and propose mitigations alternatives throughout the tender process</li><li>Create professional written responses to RFI’s and RFP’s, addressing client’s objectives</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound tenders</li><li>Consult customers and global network on optimized tender management practices</li><li>Review global pricing with product managers to ensure optimal pricing is applied for each lane</li><li>Arrange all post bid reviews with leadership and commercial resources, post contract award</li><li>Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the regional team</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>5 years of experience in global forwarding with pricing and/or tender Management background</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel&nbsp;and data/rate management skills</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite of programs&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent project and meeting management&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities</li><li>Values a diverse and inclusive work environment</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i><strong>Please note</strong>: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
