Who is Taco Bell?
Taco Bell was born and raised in California and has been around since 1962. We’re a company that celebrates and advocates for different, has bold self-expression, strives for a better future, and brings the fun while we’re at it. We fuel our culture with real people who bring unique experiences. We inspire and enable our teams and the world to Live Más.
At Taco Bell, we’re Cultural Rebels. Want to join in on the passion-fueled fun? Learn more about the career below.
About the Job:
At Taco Bell, we aren’t just looking for candidates. We are looking for innovators and creators who push the limit and challenge the norm. How we design the inside of a Taco Bell directly impacts how we provide value to our guests by giving them a “Live Mas” experience. Therefore, we are looking for one who is a proven leader, a proven engineer, and proven change-agent.
Reporting to the Vice President Product Innovation & Global Engineering, as the Senior Manager, Global Engineering, you will be responsible for managing multiple Taco Bell engineers while developing and leading all back of house strategies, objectives, and annual operating plans of TB 7,000+ restaurants. This role is responsible for developing and leading all back of house Kitchen equipment, smallware’s and production line development. This includes close partnership with Operations, Asset Development, Product Development, Quality assurance, Supply Chain, suppliers and franchisees to ensure kitchen efficiency and designs which are ‘fit for use’.
