    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\">Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Supervisor (IDD / Behavioral Health / Community-Based Care)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">iHomeCare Solutions – Pittsburgh, PA</span><br>Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday–Thursday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Overview</span></p>\n<p>iHomeCare Solutions is seeking a highly organized and clinically strong Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs in residential and home care settings.</p>\n<p>This is <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">not a bedside position.</span> This role focuses on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">clinical oversight, medication systems, health risk monitoring, staff training, and regulatory compliance</span> across multiple residential homes.</p>\n<p>If you are a nurse looking to step away from hospital burnout and move into a structured leadership and quality-focused role, this is the position for you.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Compensation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$42 – $50 per hour</span> (based on experience)</li>\n<li>Consistent weekday schedule (no weekends, no overnights)</li>\n<li>Leadership opportunity within a growing healthcare organization</li>\n<li>Supportive administrative team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Schedule</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monday – Thursday</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">9:00 AM – 3:00 PM</span></li>\n<li>24 hours per week</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Clinical Oversight</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and oversee healthcare services for individuals in residential and home care settings</li>\n<li>Review physician orders, diagnoses, and medical documentation for accuracy and follow-through</li>\n<li>Coordinate care with physicians, psychiatrists, pharmacies, and specialists</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Medication &amp; MAR Oversight</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct regular medication audits and MAR reviews</li>\n<li>Identify and address medication errors and documentation gaps</li>\n<li>Support safe medication administration practices and compliance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Health Risk Monitoring (HRST)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all individuals maintain up-to-date health risk assessments</li>\n<li>Monitor high-risk individuals and support preventative care planning</li>\n<li>Track diagnoses and medication updates for compliance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Hospital &amp; Appointment Follow-Up</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track hospitalizations, ER visits, and specialty care follow-ups</li>\n<li>Ensure timely follow-up appointments and continuity of care</li>\n<li>Communicate with internal teams regarding medical updates</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Training &amp; Staff Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct medication administration training and competency validations</li>\n<li>Provide education to staff on:\n<ul>\n<li>Medication side effects</li>\n<li>Infection control</li>\n<li>Chronic conditions (diabetes, seizures, etc.)</li>\n<li>Emergency response protocols</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Support staff retraining when clinical errors occur</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Quality &amp;
